I have published “The Iphone SIM Lock: An IR Technique” on my “Security Knowledge” page. This is just one (very specific) technique that can be used as a single layer of defense when dealing with potentially compromised IPhones. This technique can be use to create a cellular firewall on IPhones to provide IR (incident response) personnel the ability to interact with the device without exposure to cellular manipulation, data leaks, or further cellular compromise.
