There may be answers
Even time, so much time
But I have no halo, no cape
Just living the life, making things good
We all have some bumps that need to be polished
There’s no blaming for this, it’s our inheritance
It’s why we choose blame in this life
When will we return to human
Normal has no guilt here
Uniquely free from guilt
We live this life to maintain our societies
Culture has blemishes, trying to conceal
Every blame and shame
Human struggle is never ending
But the sun keep shining on us
Warm rays of hope shine down
Warming away the strain
Are all humans lost in humanity
Convenient lethargy
Esthetic apathetic
Lost in the quagmire
Who will cure our hypocrisies
Our dishonest philanthropy
Pure social atrophy
It can’t be me, anymore
Do we pass through the times, when time passes by
Wrinkles on the skin with a rasp in the voice
Same long aged blame
We rise to meet the times not the crimes
Triumphant over yesteryear
Providing empathy
For everyone to see
Are all humans lost in humanity
Convenient lethargy
Esthetic apathetic
Lost in the quagmire
Who will cure our hypocrisies
Our dishonest philanthropy
Pure social atrophy
It can’t be me, anymore
Some people will know, but who will go
All have real struggles, community
Who will return us to decent
What’s it like to be decent
Feels like being Clark without the cape
An angel with a broken halo
Are all humans lost in humanity
Conveniently in lethargy
Stuck deep in our quagmire
Trained in hypocrisy
Culture has blemishes, concealed from the rest
Community, civilization
Who will rescue humanity
From social apathy
